Chateau Senior Living – The Villa
250 Pine St, Auburn, CA 95603
Our Largest Home
The Villa is the largest of our three homes, with room for 15 residents in a gated setting in Auburn. Families tell us the size is the appeal: large enough to have real company and a proper common room, small enough that the staff know everyone by name.
It is licensed by the State of California as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly, license #315920247, and staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with all meals included and cooked on site.
"My dad moved into Chateau Senior Living – The Villa. I like the size of it. It's not like the normal care homes, which are very small. It is medium-sized. It has a nice layout and it is very clean. It's a gated community, so somebody has to come in and let you through the front gate. The staff is extremely friendly and caring. All meals are included." – Shelley, daughter of resident, via Caring.com

Why Families Choose The Villa
How big is The Villa?
Room for 15 residents. That is our largest home, and it gives residents more company and more going on than a very small house, while staying far below the scale of a large facility.
What if my parent's needs increase over time?
Care plans are reviewed and adjusted as needs change. Residents may remain through the end of life, with hospice services coordinated in the home, so a move is not forced at the hardest possible time.
What payment do you accept?
Private pay and long-term care insurance. Cost depends on the level of care and the room selected, and is confirmed in writing before move-in.
Can we visit?
Please do. Call (530) 823-3333 to arrange a visit. The front gate is staffed, so someone will let you in.
What Families Are Saying:
"My mother has lived in the Villa for two months now. We've been very impressed by them. The administrator has been extremely helpful, on top of things, and very organized. The staff is very professional, caring, and friendly. They bring in somebody weekly to play music, have pet therapy, do art, and had a holiday party for residents and family members." – Stacy, daughter of resident, via Caring.com
